Illinois Marriage and Dissolution of Marriage Act

Did you know that in 2016, a language change was made to the Illinois Marriage and Dissolution of Marriage Act? This change took away the words “visitation” and “custody”. They were replaced with the terms “parental responsibilities” and “parenting time”.
